Need a custom-made gown or dress? Welcome to the consultation center, where we design custom-made gowns just for you! We specialize in events such as proms, red carpet, weddings (bridesmaid dresses only) and so much more.
Here is how it works:
Step 1: You can contact us via phone or e-mail to schedule a free consultation. During your consultation, we will speak with you about the style of dress or gown in which you are interested. After this discussion, you will be given a price quote. If you choose to start the process during this time, the quote should be signed and you will be required to pay 50% of your total balance and the rest upon completion of the dress or gown. Your measurements will also be taken at this time. Note: If you would like to review your quote and begin at a later date, you will need to sign and return the quote to your consultant for the next step.
Step 2: We will request a second visit near completion of your dress or gown. Any request for alterations should be made during the time of your final fitting. Note: All alterations made after the product has been completed will result in additional charges. If there are no further alterations needed during your final fitting, then we will complete the gown or dress and you will be required to pay the balance. If additional alterations are needed during the fitting we will complete them and deliver your dress upon completion (you will be required to pay the balance upon completion and delivery). Note: We deliver to local areas only (DC, MD and some areas in VA).
We do travel to out-of-state areas. Travel fees apply for out-of-state request. Note: The travel fee is not a part of the product cost. All out-of-state travel products are shipped to clients.
